1) I did not get order success message
- In case, Amount is Debited from your account and if you did not get order success message then Email us at aceenggpublications@aceenggacademy.com we will confirm your order by verifying with our payment gateway account and process your order. or call us on 040-23234437 (between 9 AM to 7 PM only).
2) When will I receive the books
- Ordered books will be dispatched within 24 hours(or next working day) and the package will reach you within 10 days from the date of your order.
- An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched. You can track your order through the given link 24 hours after the date of dispatch. http://www.indiapost.gov.in/
3) How to track my Order

4) Unable to track my order
- If you are unable to track the package please email us regarding the non-delivery of the book to aceenggpublications@gmail.com, we will lodge a complaint with India postal department and make sure that the package is delivered to you.
5) Order undelivered, after 10 days
- If your order is not delivered after 10th day also, please enquire at your nearest post office.
How To Buy
Through This Online Portal
- Goto product page (GATE Books/ESE Books/PSUs Books page)
- Click on Product Details link of the book
- Click on Add to Cart button, on clicking the book is added to order
- Now order page is displayed, To add more books click on “continue Shopping” link, else select check box for terms and conditions and click on “Check out Now” Button
- Now Billing/Shipping address form in displayed, enter the data (provide correct data for quick delivery of your order) and click “Checkout” button
- Now your order is ready for payment , Click on “Confirm Order” Button
- Now you will be taken to secure bank transaction page for payment
- Select Your payment mode, and other details
- enter card/netbanking details in the given form
- on successful payment transaction you will be redirected to our portal with success message
- if the payment transaction is not successful then an error message is displayed, you can retry again by clicking on “Show Cart” link under My Shopping Cart box (top right corner)
- Once the payment transaction is successful we will process your order and courier book in 24hrs

NEW ARRIVALS
By DD Payment
- To Buy the books , take DD for relevant amount in Favour of ACE Engineering Publications, Payable at Hyderabad.
- Write a letter addressing ACE Engineering Publications, and mention the list of books that you want to buy.
- Attach Two address slips (write your postal address in two slips and attach to the letter) and post the letter along with the DD to the following address.
* It will take upto two weeks to process your request and dispatch book to your address.
